Prepare the necessary information to report the claim.

Insured person

  • policy number
  • date of the claim
  • data about the damaged person:
    • name
    • Vehicle registration number
  • description of the occurrence of the claim
  • the necessary documents:
    • logbook
    • driving licence
    • proof of insurance
  • record of the traffic accident (or confirmation of the Czech Police about participation in the traffic accident)

Damaged party

  • policy number
  • date of the claim
  • details of the person at fault:
    • name
    • Vehicle registration number
  • description of the occurrence of the claim
  • bank account for insurance claims
  • the necessary documents:
    • logbook
  • record of the traffic accident (or confirmation of the Czech Police about participation in the traffic accident)

Further documents necessary for the settlement will be requested by the adjuster after the claim has been reported.
